2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Velocity Vehicle Design Inc. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our site and related to the services provided. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Upon full payment for services rendered, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., specific 3D models, drawings, etc., as defined in the project agreement) typically transfers to the client.
